"Products sold at SALE prices are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
"An order can be cancelled within 12 hours from the placing order & amount will be refunded after deducting payment gateway or credit/debit card company's charges if any. No return/refund/cancellation/exchange on SALE products. All our products go through five quality tests before dispatch to make sure that you always receive best quality product. Still if you receive the product in damaged condition as per below mentioned cases then follow accordingly- Case 1- If the packaging is majorly damaged at the time of delivery then kindly take its photograph in front of the delivery boy and Whatsapp it to us on our customer care number and refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person immediately. Case 2- We suggest you to make a video while opening the product packing to avoid inconvenience. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition send us the video/pictures you made while opening the parcel immediately as you receive it. The product must be shipped back from your side within 24 hours of delivery (except Sunday & government holidays). Any request regarding replacement or any other issues will not be entertained if sent after 12 hours of delivery. Your registered complaint will be analyzed & required actions will be taken on the same. In case of any major manufacturing fault the product can be replaced with a new one or exchange with other product if the raw material is not available for same product. Please make sure that the product remains unused and the original product tag and packing remains intact when you send us the product for the replacement. If it’s not found so, your complaint request will be rejected at the same time and the same product will be sent again to your address once you pay additional shipping charges again. Please note shipping charges will be borne by the customer in the case of replacements.Except above mentioned cases no other complaints will be entertained in any condition.
